All characters can max their Speed, Power and Control stats easily by leveling only these three stats up, so there isn't any best character there.

Spin doesn't really do anything in GBC aside from making pretty curves when slicing.

@neiluj95 aren't their stats on 64 the same as their gbc in game ones in which case, both nina and alex are the same (assuming you have leveled them up and applied skill points the same)
