@PaganBorn79 Paganus Roman military word pertaining to civilians. Pagan became slang / derogatory label meaning 'country bumpkin' (uneducated). As for the Christians inventing Satan I think your out by a few centuries, it was the Hebrew people who passed the story down & many scholars state it's a much older story recycled from ancient Sumerian. Fascinating to see the majority vote for half truths & the dumbed down version of reality.

Darwin didn't create the theory of natural selection!!!! It was Alfred Russel Wallace! Darwin was a total thief. Look into it. I'm so bloody sick of people going on about Darwinism, to me that's a synonym to "Dishonesty", it's no wonder the bloody savages can't accept it, 'cause it is indeed predicated upon a lie. Wallace, on the other hand, was a fucking genius, and all of his works are worth a good read. People talk of the voyage of the Beagle, but Darwin thought of nothing concrete until

twenty years later, which just happens to be while Wallace's letters to Darwin were "lost in the mail", and they only appeared, dramatically late, upon Darwin's desk as chair of the society which published their "co-authored" paper, once Darwin had written feverishly for some weeks after suddenly coming to some epiphany which he couldn't arrive upon until such point as Wallace's letter SHOULD have arrived on schedule and had time to have been read and ruminated upon by Darwin.... Fishy indeed.

Meanwhile, Wallace was on the other side of the Earth, studying in a journey a thousand times more in depth and observant than Darwin's brief time in the Galapagos. At the time of Darwin's earlier acquaintance with Wallace, he had half a book on his desk which had no concept of the mechanism by which animals changes, ,just that they did change, and so his theory was less developed than that of Lamark! It was basically "animals evolve...." but there was no inclusion of crucial natural selection!!
