He know's he was bought. The loser could not accept that he was a horrible president. The only way to remain in the spotlight at an international level was to accept the Petro-dollar funding of his post-presidency institute. He is the single largest beneficiary of Saudi endowments! He gets his funding from the same source as Bin Laden!!
