Bernanke, according to Hank Paulson's testimony yesterday, has all the power to replace Lewis and the BOD at Bank of America. The FED is all powerful, except they are owned and controled by their member banks (including B of A). So this was all a scam to takeover their competition by the top banks for pennies on the dollar and put sll their losses on the national debt.
