To give other teams a fair chance? Nah I'm sure he's received a good amount of minutes in a game for him to score at least 5 baskets which he obviously can't do since he doesn't average nothing lol. I'm sure he's alright but he's not that good like everyone says he is.

The reason his stats are so low is because Davis Stern put a cap on his minutes to give other teams a fair chance.
