Part 6

Leo T. Gaje, the Grand Master of the Pekiti Tirsia Kali System, will give us a brief explanation of many of the weapons seen on the Traditional Filipino Weapons web site http://www.TraditionalFilipinoWeapons.com

On this film, he is showing the use of, the history and the culture behind each bladed weapon. This film is an hour long so it will be broken up into many parts; just look at each one after another. This will be very educational for those who never saw many of these bladed weapons of the Philippines before...I hope you enjoy it!

  • c'mon gahe, i don't doubt your skill, but please, you're in an excellent position to spread the truth about our heritage. you have a lot of followers, and they take your word as gospel:.."it called laring because the last thing you hear is a ring"

if you don't know what that is, swallow your pride and ask your fellow countrymen from mindanao. it's a panabas, manong...

  • Totoong MMA ang pinakasikat ngayon sa Pinas. Maski nga ako, nagBBJJ na rin e. And MMA is really practical in that nasusubakan lagi kun alin ang practical sa away. Peace out, bro. Peace sa inyo ni mastino26.

  • THIS ALSO USED IN THE MOVIE TROY I THINK

  • I want to learn this art so bad... I LOVE how it all translates into any weapon you're holding... Have a knife, it's the same, have a machete it's the same, have nothing, it's the same. Awesome.

  • AT LAST YEAR PA TO FORGET ABOUT IT

  • agreed!!!! perfect....

  • paano mo masasabi na kumpleto ang bjj eh! wala ngang alam sa weaponry ang mga practitioners nyan...alam ko may standing sila pero wala silang alam sa weaponry like escrimador..kung meron man eh wala sa kalinkingan ng mga escrimadoe yan..kahit sampu sige mag pakita ka ng one bjj against 10 opponent with bolo...ikaw ang tradionalist...escrima it compose of different style from weponry..un arm..grappling and stand fight..

  • To accept challenge does not mean you are good. To refuse a challenge in turn does not mean you are coward. There might be some reason why he did not accept the challenge.
