That was purely an economic decision. Black people are notorious for being bad tippers, and for being prone to violence. What would the cabbie get out of it? At the least he gets no tip, and an annoying loud mouthed uneducated piece of shit in his backseat blasting rap music from his iPhone, or at the worst, he gets mugged, the guy ditches the cab so as not to pay, or he gets killed.
