BBH MUGEN: Dragon Claw vs Reiko

So I heard Reiko hates Dragon Claw. And it's true.

When going up against DC, Reiko gains some enhancements. Nothing too drastic like with Master Geese and CBT, but still enough to ensure that she'll win against DC most of the time.

Which is why I control the underdog in this match-up, namely Dragon Claw. Reiko's little anti-cheap feature is asking for a challeeeeeeeeeenge!!!, so I just have to answer it.....
