  • why didnt the banana scatter?

  • Too dense to scatter, the same would be with an apple, or sth similar. That's the main difference why flower is brittle and marshmallow easily crumbled.

    Mass and density of object used would later on determine its properties.

  • @50gunquota When dealing with cryogenic liquids it's a common practice to not use gloves. In the worst case, the liquid could become trapped in between the glove and your hand causing injuries worse than if you'd let the leidenfrost effect protect you.
