The land-locked Mongolian Navy needs to be re-built . Their ships look old and in shoddy condition . I don't see not a single weapon or armament on board any of those three ships . Even the sailors are beyond retiring age . Must be hard to get new recruits nowadays . Maybe they should seek assistance from the Americans . Supply them with Viet Nam-era's PBRs or fast attack rubber boats .
