Sister Janet Gildea, MD and Sister Peggy Deneweth, RN, Sisters of Charity from Cincinnati, show life in the medical clinic they founded in El Paso, where they practice what they call "poverty medicine." Their work resembles that of the Charity sisters in pioneer days when they helped people along the frontier, they said.

GIVING makes your spirit happier than RECEIVING. You do not have to be a woman to serve the poor, sick and needy. It is the Love of Christ that inspires us to GIVE with a joy in heart and smile on face.

Put your habits and veils on..or stop calling yourselves "sisters". Act and DRESS like a "true" Bride of Christ. Our children are going to know what a real nun looks like and how she should dress. Hopefully, you all still own a rosary, and hopefully, you all still remember how to pray for it. I pray for your conversions and or your re-discernment of your vocation of what you refer yourselves to be. but it's nun true "Sisterhood" . Thank goodness for all the traditional orders blooming!
