Here's something improbable; Hussein uses WMDs on his own citizens, couldn't have moved them to Syria because he only had 2 months warning(thanks to the UN), lies about these weapons when confronted, France and Germany could vouch for Saddams veracity, and then Bush enforces UN mandates. Not for oil,not for neocon nation building, not for Texan bluster but for UN ass kissing.
