I'm sorry but I just wasted my time watching that and I'm far from impressed. so what if you had weights a plastic pole and a vest. You only did it once! do it 50 times with two 32kg Kettlebells and come back then and show me who's the tough guy.

No point of doing 30 stairs if your only going to walk on 10 of them, no offence.

i seriously got to get me some light weights and strap them on stuff i wear every day, then, hahaha, i will be training pretty much what ever i do.

man adding bulk is not that simple. not that simple at all

not any more though because it adds bulk muscle and that is bad. i only use body resistance now its all around better

If your looking for more speed you can avoid adding bulk if you start weight training heavy for about 1-6 reps, it builds power and speed, and doesn't cause muscle to hypertrophy(increase in size). BTW, I just started wearing 10lb ankle weights on each leg.

Thanks for that info tenshitaiakuma, I had thought before that training anything above body weight would add bulk. Thanks to you, I now have a better understanding of smarter training :)
