I wish you would redo the test with a chicken. Something where the circuit does not break due to the hot dogs falling apart. Extremely useful video. Somehow I think you can improve on this safety video.

It would be nice to know at what voltage that it is dangerous. Since every panel produces more than 1 amp (more than 75 milliamps), it is the voltage that causes the danger.

Well, the OSHA and NFPA 70E threshold for voltage which would require the use of insulated gloves and tools is 50 volts. Since field conditions can vary so much due to humidity, temperature, perspiration, and conductivity paths there is no reliable way to predict the circumstances under which a shock will be fatal. The best course of action is to presume that all PV source circuits above 50 volts have the potential for bodily harm and act accordingly.
