If you have a history of seizures because of flashing lights or colors: Caution, this video may cause seizures. Look only in the middle of the screen. Then alternating two colours are projected in the two hemispheres of the brain. The duration of the presentation of the patchworks is 0.9 seconds - then you can see for 0.1 seconds a nearly black picture. Perhaps then traumatic experiences can be better treated. Please keep in mind that this video is not scientifically tested. So be critical. This video is very experimental. If you feel nervous, then stop watching this movie. Please, hear the audio-signal not too aloud, so that it is pleasant to you. First you can hear a frequency of 320Hz for one second. Then there are changes of 10Hz.

Some information for making this movie:
You can make the sound easy with the software "audacity 1.3", which is open-source. The pictures can be made easy with every photo-software. I used "photoshop 6.0". The colours are important: In this movie you can see patchworks of colours with dominant blue colours. On one side you can see more green than red, while on the other side you can see more red than green. Perhaps these colours can integrate wishes and can aid to grounding. The circle is a symbol for the whole world. This is a contrast to the triangle. Because the triangle is a symbol for the quest for the top like the pyramids. But in a universe without bounds there is no bottom and there is no top (C. G. Jung). Cheap and easy to use is the software for making the movie itself: After all I used "ulead videostudio 9".
