My son and I attempt to share out faith at Montgomery Alabama's Cramton Bowl on September 19, 2009 . The officer approached me and told me that I could not pass out tracts and became angry when I told my son to record our conversation. I told him that I had permission from his commander, which I did, He said that he did not tell him and if he wanted me to know, he would have told me. He would not even allow us to pass out tracts across the street on the Public sidewalk and once again became agitated as we passed out a few as we crossed the street.
Yes Indeed. I have ran into the officer since this incident and have had no problems. I can say though, I could have handled it better.

Legally He cannot prevent you from passing out tracks on public property. I would have reported him to his commander
