milguy4u, Mike Reid and Allen Shamblin actually wrote this song. Prince's version is pretty good, though. Too bad song writers often aren't mentioned anymore when credit is distributed.

In this age of constant use of Pitch Correction circuity in every would-be Disney graduate, this woman represents what real talent and singing is all about. When we grew up there were no tricks, no voice correction. You had to sing it. Now anyone can quality as a celebrity, and we are all a little poorer for it.
