Different medications can significantly help stuttering. Dopamine blocker medications & anti-anxiety medications have helped many people. If you stutter and cannot find relief from speech therapy alone consider asking your doctor for a prescription for either class of these medications; such as valium, etc. Don't stop seeking help. You have to keep seeking answers and relief, it will come if you persist :)

I was born perfectly until an evil day anytime around my 12 birthday stuttery just possessed me and "voila" here i am at 33 and still stuttering. After telling my college social worker i wanted to kill myself he refered me to a psychiatric and i was put on Paxil, it really helped, just the pill reduce significaly the stuttery maybe a 40 or even a 50%. I have tried all the anti anxiety/ depressive on the marker ans none work like Paxil.

@Rcarhar This video is intended to inform those people looking for information and deciding which electronic device to buy if they stutter. It is not intended for your entertainment sir. I suggest perhaps checking out your local hooters or the new harry potter movie if entertainment is what you seek. You clearly are not serious or needing guidance in purchasing a device to help your speech. That is what this video is for. Thank you.

She was prescribed a SSRI medication. SSRI's can cause stuttering or make stuttering worse.
