There's something to think about. My mum used rags on my hair and I did the same on my daughters when she was younger. TFS Jackie

Wow another great idea! Thank you!

I have never seen this, would make a great headband and you could make it out of any material and get the same cool effect, tfs

This would make a great handle on a bag or a basket. I might have to replace my hanger on my "Create" sign in my room! TFS

I had boys, so I never had anyone's hair to do. But this looks fantastic. TFS

I have never seen that before, Fiona. Great idea to do with hair. I agree LuvbugCraft on a great way to use for a Banner. TFS... Hugs!!

So creative!!!!
OMG I remember my Mammy doing this with my hair.....I was able to sit on my hair as a wee one. Its close to that now, but not quite. Boy does this bring back memories. Makes such a pretty trim on a scrapbook page. Lee x

@CraftyLoops I'm so glad it has brought back so many memories back for you Lee. My daughters hair looked stunning when I did this for her and everyone else had the sort of plait but she had the fancy one lol. Hugs Fi xx

Hi Fiona, this would be nice to attach banner pieces to. It looks very sturdy and would hold a bit of weight :) I will have to see if I can find that stuff here. tfs
