  • OMG I remember my Mammy doing this with my hair.....I was able to sit on my hair as a wee one. Its close to that now, but not quite. Boy does this bring back memories. Makes such a pretty trim on a scrapbook page. Lee x

  • @CraftyLoops I'm so glad it has brought back so many memories back for you Lee. My daughters hair looked stunning when I did this for her and everyone else had the sort of plait but she had the fancy one lol. Hugs Fi xx

  • I like this, wonder if it would work with crepe paper? I'll never know till I try it hugs from chris in oz

  • @mrskiwichris Thats what we used all those years ago, because if cut right, it spreads one paticular way and not the other!!! xx

  • Hi Fiona, this would be nice to attach banner pieces to. It looks very sturdy and would hold a bit of weight :) I will have to see if I can find that stuff here. tfs

  • @LuvBugCrafts Yes I agree with you :) xx

  • I love the folds in this paper - would make gorgeous flowers! I am not sure where to get some, but would like to try. tfs!

  • There's something to think about. My mum used rags on my hair and I did the same on my daughters when she was younger. TFS Jackie

  • Wow another great idea! Thank you!

  • I have never seen this, would make a great headband and you could make it out of any material and get the same cool effect, tfs

  • This would make a great handle on a bag or a basket. I might have to replace my hanger on my "Create" sign in my room! TFS

  • I had boys, so I never had anyone's hair to do. But this looks fantastic. TFS

  • I have never seen that before, Fiona. Great idea to do with hair. I agree LuvbugCraft on a great way to use for a Banner. TFS... Hugs!!
