@doomvalley In India, English in one official language, so basically everyone in Indian aviation speaks English.

@fanboysgroup That is actually correct, France's Civil Authority for instance has allowed the use of French or English, all flight crews must be proficient in both however some nations allow their native language to be used it just means more work for the ATC.

Are you allowed to speak the national language on ATC? Coz they are speaking Mandarin at 1:37, shouldn't they be speaking english?

They speak both languages. Many countries do speak their national language to their domestic or national carriers.
