  • Can you take creatures out of tide pools and put them in an aquarium??? or is it against the law?

  • That would be against the law, unless you have a permit. For example, if you are a marine biology teacher and have an aquarium in the classroom you might be able to get a permit to take them.

  • @ParallelUniversity i figured it was ok, we live in nebraska so the chances of us going thru all that trouble are slim to none, but it would be very neat to find something rare and be able to take it back to your home, although, it is just better to leave it in its own habitat
