its a bunch of crap. so what if he got mad, i would get mad too if my child repeatedly ignored my calls. i mean yes it was rude to call her names but its not as bad as the media makes it seem.

I've never liked that the media is covering this. Granted, it was a terrible thing for him to call her names, but the media seemed to be treating Ireland (his daughter) like a fictional character who doesn't watch TV. She's a real 12-year-old girl, and it's bad enough that she had the phone call itself to deal with, but then the news started making it headline news and devoting full TV segments like this one to it. Ya know, like putting the incident on national television will help matters.
