主料:带皮后腿肉辅料:青蒜苗、泡椒调料:味精、酱油、老抽、豆瓣酱、豆豉、泡姜烹制方法: 1、锅中倒入适量清水烧开后放入葱、姜、料酒、花椒、猪肉煮熟后捞出晾凉备用; 2、将肉切成薄片,青蒜苗切成段,坐锅点火倒油,油烧至6成热时下入肉片、豆瓣酱、豆豉、泡椒、料酒、白糖、泡姜、青蒜,翻炒均匀,调入味精出锅即可。特点:鲜香微辣,油­而不腻。
