Time compressed build of a 1955 Buick Special custom rod. See this car go from stock to a custom frame, air ride, custom panels, amazing metal work, to paint, and finally completion. Apparently these things don't happen in less than 10 minutes, or even a week. See how it is *really* done. This ain't no TV show!

  • why rebuild all that old shit technology when we have the ability to do much more, should we use the single reservoir master cylinders too oh wait no one does because -well its not fun wrecking it by smashing into the guy in front of you. I took my straight eight and sold that shit out with the old crap in with the new ha ha

  • @impaalla Amen! Stopping is sooo underrated!

  • It is beautiful. The re-con was incredible but I can't help but ask, how much did it cost to re-build. Sorry, I'm not being polite but I'm amazed at the detail.

  • I quit counting after $100K. I did not start out planning to spend that much...

  • I was hoping to see a restoration video since it was such a great starting point for that. Then I saw the air ride and the god aweful engine, Im disappointed.

  • Impressive, but I like originals better.

  • My Uncle had a 55 Roadmaster, drove it for YEARS. bought a 65 Ford Custom after that, not know where the Car went.

  • Huge waste of money!

  • horrible, era un auto hermoso antes de la reconstruccion, despues de eso quedo como un estupido y maldito hot rod, deberian haberlo restaurado a su forma original no a un hot rod

  • stunning at the end

  • What a shame to ruin such a great car. I have a 56 century 2dr ht and you couldn't pay me 100k to pull the nailhead and put modern components in it. Guess I'm more a traditional hot rod guy.

  • @gbowne1 really- im gonna shave mine out I think running pipes out the holes would look bad ass tho

  • Please re-post this video in closed captioning. Do you really thing we need the music?
