What is the temperature that you dehydrate your pepper at? Did you just set them out in the sun?
Also, what are the names of the bands of the music playing? Good Stuff :)

THE SUNSDRIED CHILIES FADE IN COLOR AND TAKES 2-3 DAYS OF EXPOSURE.
