Very clear and concise, I am combing youtube for point-pulling vids and yours is one of the more helpful ones I have found. I am tempted to just stand with a piece of tubing in my hands and practice rotating it as if I were at the torch pulling a point.

Where do you get your glass from?

@blackdog5703 different artists use different wall thicknesses depending on what they are doing, I have seen everything from thin wall to super heavy wall used to make pipes, it really all depends on what you are trying to accomplish and what methods you are using.

@acroduster is it recommended that you use super hvy wall for pipes? or can you get away with using med or hvy?
thanks for the previous answer and thank you for looking at this one

@blackdog5703 in this video I am pulling points on 25mm super heavy wall tubing.
-
@acroduster can you tell me what size tubing you are using?

Thank you SO much for posting this! Ornaments and using tubes are my next step in boro...

yeah, most people fear the flow for some reason when they are learning. its hard for some to keep their hands in axial alignment and concentrically rotating and syncronous velocity. so they get anxious as the glass begins to move and creat thin glass and stresses, but the wise ones let the glass completely flow before moving! rock on my frined!
Many thanks again for sharing, i just cant get this, mine are always well off center, more practise i thinks.
also what filter do you use on your camera?
regards,
Mark
