  • So, you want to be an Ultimate Fighter?? :-) Great to see what these warriors go thru! ALL respect to these AWESOME atheletes! R.I.P. to a middleweight legend and MMA pioneer, Evan Tanner. Your fans, friends, family, and this wonderful sport, miss you greatly! R.I.P.

  • @Kosyghin Yes, the point of doing lots of shorter pushups, is that more lactic acid gets sent to the muscle than if you were doing a slow set of full extensions. When you 'lock out' at the top of an exercise, its good for bodybuilders because you are getting a full extension and therefore a better overall muscle growth, but you actually get a small 'break' from the exercise. MMA fighters need to build up lactic acid in training so they don't get it during a fight. so they go with shorter reps.

  • MMA is gay lol jking calm down....

  • I wouldnt pay this trainer a dime... "NO BRAIN NO GAIN"

  • 2:24 is a LOT harder than it looks! It'll also freak you out a bit if you're new to that movement.

4:46 That's not the first time I see a mixed martial artist do half-assed push-ups. Is there a functional reason as to why he's only going half-way up?
