poor gordon ramsey having to civilize these morons in one episode they had a rotten clam that smelled like a baby's diaper and had a fungus trailing out of it. peopel die horrible deaths every year from bad clams and restaurante gets off scot free it hapens frequently on fisherman's wharf san frisco

this was one of the eps. that he was poisoned with off scallops. And when the the business went under the owner blamed ramsey for showing the kitchen which was very nasty. The cook had no experiance.
