Vick goes and complains to the Sarge about the drugs he had to pick up, but then the Sarge slaps him with another pick up mission, this time with an ARMS dealer.
How the Hell did Vick NOT see this sorta thing coming is anyone's guess.....he'll probably be a bit wiser after seeing that his superior officer snort up RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM....
Now comes the usual plot device to prevent full access of the city for this early in the game: A hurricane. Did they do this before with Vice City?

when the setting is in south Florida, it's a fairly believable excuse!

Hmm, how come this video available in HD?
PS2 games doesn't have HD res.
It should be in HQ.
I guess you upscale it to HD res when you uploaded it right?

the HQ/HD buttons all depend on your video render settings dude. You don't actually have to record in HD to have the HD button show up.
