@reloktd1 Yes that would be true in that situation, however, when it comes to the general populace it is not to represent a certain gang that you are affiliated with, it is viewed as a fashion statement. It's not as if there is only one outlook concerning anything out there, including this.

@emulare11 Well when it comes to style I guess it's just a fad that comes through. A lot of scene kids (I think that's what they call them) do it. Tight jeans+bandanna=stylish to some. It's just a trend.

@KingJapanPUA I just tuck one tiny corner into my side belt loop and put a little knot in it. And if I'm wearing leggings I place the little edge into my waist band and safety pin it.
