@TheCentralServices@TheCentralServices I see....you want me to give you sensitive information eh? When I was in the stan I operated in Helmand. Get a atlas, figure out where it is. As to your first accusation, I believe you're referring to the Soviet invasion in 1978, not the US. Declassified information puts US help in Afghanistan at roughly late 1980 but no serious help until the mid 80's. Just trying to help you out with real facts.

@usmcgunner58 We were busy archiving photographic evidence from Afghan life before the US started meddling there in 1978. "Mission accomplished?" Splendid words, but no substance! What is your mission, where are you stationed and what did you accomplish in the last 12 months?
@TheCentralServices takes you six months to respond to a comment? Nice. At this point the majority of the mission in afghanistan is accomplished; the taliban are on the run for the most part, mainly in the south, the government is establishing its authority and being accepted by more local afghans and al qaeda itself as an infrastructure is meaningless at best now. Go ahead an counter
@TheCentralServices kid, no matter what I say you aren't going to listen. You're sitting here comparing the Mai Lai Massacre to the war in Afghanistan? You're trying to claim to be an expert on treatment of prisoners at Guantanamo Bay when you've never been there and I have? So given those falacies, why would I sit here and actually explain the complexities of what I've done and the mission I worked towards, or God help me, the mission my friends died for? You wont listen either way kid
@TheCentralServices I love how you switch subjects every response without addressing the inaccuracies of your previous one. Either way, Im really sorry you don't have the intelligence to comprehend what we're doing in Afghanistan, this is neither my fault nor my problem. I would strongly encourage you to seek education past high school. What are we doing in Afghanistan? Killing the Taliban. Pretty fucking simple isn't it?
@usmcgunner58 I don't understand what you are doing in Afghanistan. I thought you wanted to catch Bin Laden? Well, you should have invaded Pakistan. Is your intelligence really so rubbish? BTW There is actually a Pakistani sitcom on PTV since 2005 called میں تمہاری لڑکی کو بھاڑ میں جاؤ.تم بن لادن کا شکار. (I fuck you girlfriend while you hunt Bin Laden. The running joke is that Osama is never hiding more than 500 yards away from the CIA or US troops. It's very similar to Hogans Heros.
@StevenDeedle Do you want to remove Islam from the Middle East?
