Luis Mendoza Murder

On Sunday, August 15, 2010, the body of Luis Victor Mendoza was found in an irrigation ditch in the area of Miller Rd. and Southern Ave. by a jogger. Mendoza was wrapped in blankets, one of which had "Odell Craig 92" written on it in black marker. It is believed Mendoza was killed elsewhere and transported to where he was found.
