Go look up on You Tube (Rumsfeld - 2.3 trillion tax-payer dollars missing) it's a senate hearing that happened a day before 9,11, I think it was a day before. What I don't understand is, we don't even spend 2+ trillion a year to run our whole country. But Byrd said in that hearing that the Pentagon can't account for 2.3 trillion dollars in one year.
