'Werewolf' refers to their UNIT. The werewolves are just a division of Millennium.
Rip and everyone else, they're all artificial vamps. The Captain is the only actual werewolf in Hellsing.

i guess that's good..still, i wouldn't want to die that way DX and then have to work with the guy who killed me-insult to injury lol but i'm glad she's still around in some form! :D

I think it was in the manga that she becomes one of Alucard's familiars, a soul bound to his power. So she's still sort of alive.
