Chill. I wasted my time on my still un-perfected sit spin! Don't worry: Everybody gets that feeling when you see someone spin really well when you can't. I mean, I still get that feeling everytime I see someone do a camel.
Do you have any tips on how to make sure that you always sit down super low when you're doing a sit spin?
