A cover of Tim Buckley's timeless "Song to The siren" performed by Ash Mandrake. The location is a spiral staircase in a residential area of Bath UK. Thanks to Ian Clutterbuck for filming and editing.
Ash Mandrake and James Hollingsworth performed songs by Tim Buckley in The Bath (UK) Fringe Festival on 27th May 2008.
The Festival Programme read:
"Both vocalists have the pipes to carry the material off, and the imaginations to do something stunning with the possibilities."

There is also a two part blog that gives a feel for the respectful spirit in which the event will be carried out. The title "Is it worth trying to copy Tim Buckley" is rhetorical. We won't be trying to copy him.

An excellent presentation! Really enjoyed your
guitar work. Tim's haunting voice on this special song is a tough act to follow but yours was an exceptional rendition!
Will be looking forward to hearing/seeing your own scores!
