I have to agree with @tianaandnickalisuck the SEQ corner has the best training grounds for bar crossings especially down at the 'Pin. That place can be unpredictable.

to happen is he made it.. most of you lads who speak shit on these blokes who make bar crossings, maybe you should call coast guard to come and rescue you before your boat leaves the trailer, from wide bay bar to tweed bar we got some of the best training grounds, i been over all of them in good conditions to when the weather man gets it wrong days, their is no correct way to cross a bar.. mother nature can throw anything at you in a bar crossing.
