Actually Ozzie is in the real estate business, besides doing seminars and the like he also purchases apartment buildings thru his company AMG which are then rented out or converted to condos.

You might want do a little more research on your subject before making such statements as it doesn't bode too well for your credibility doing whatever it is you do.

what's with realtors video blogging while driving? Is it to show that they're "real movers" - some "sophisticated" underlying impression to encourage buyers to go with the realtor who's always "on the go"? The Vancouver market is way too overpriced. Hollywood is more affordable. London England is more affordable. The price is a concept not refflecting the actual value. People keep buying into it and perpetuating the unaffordable. Eventually our children will rent from a minority of rich people.
