I am trying to test the difference between YouTube's HD and High Quality. My last video was HD, but its only showing the High Quality Link. This video is uploaded in H.264 with the bitrate between 2.8mbps-4.8mbps. The other video was uploaded as mpeg2 5mbps-10mbps but it only showed up as "High Quality". Because the bit rate on this video is much lower, the file size was only 64 megs vs 412 megs, so we'll see which comes out better on YouTube.

Update. OK I just checked my old videos uploaded to YouTube and it turns out, anything in WMV or MP4 that is 720p will be available for HD viewing. If it was uploaded in MPG it is only offered in High Quality. So make sure you upload your High Def 720p videos in WMV or h.264 mp4 files.
did you use 30p or 24p? If you used 24p then what did you use to remove pulldown?
