"Have A Fling"

"Flings" are the NEW pop up recycling containers that you can take with you just about anywhere. Melissa McGinnis from Greenopolis TV shows us how recycling just got a lot easier and portable.

Have a fling at work! Take your fling to a job site, anywhere you work, and capture all the bottles and cans for that day.

Have a fling at yoga class or soccer practice, or anywhere a large group gathers. Make sure you have your fling with you, collect all the bottles and cans from that day's activities, and take them home to be recycled as opposed to leaving them in the trash.

And make sure you have an office fling. Maybe one for paper and one for bottles and cans. Be the person in your office who collects all the recyclables, and take them home to be recycled, or just easily transfer them out to the recycling bin in the back.

You can use your Flings over and over again. They're made from recycled content and they're also biodegradable. So get busy having some flings -- it's never been easier to recycle... or more acceptable. ;-)

@hyenaclown227 not sure why you think these things are so hard to find - we always provide a link! It's really easy to shop from your computer. Most people do it - it's also an environmentally friendly way to shop!

@hyenaclown227 You're wrong about saying: "Plus no none picks another person's trash...That's what a janitor and local park cleaner is for". I live in a town in MA where on my street alone...while walking from one end to the other on JUST one side...I filled a kitchen size trash bag with litter. A few days later? More trash. I must be a "no one" then, because I pick up trash when I can...even if it wasn't mine to begin with.
