Spore: Ridley (Metroid)

Ridley, though he appears as some dumb beast, is actually high in the Pirate chain of command due to his vast intelligence and cunning strategic mind. Samus Aran has fought with this enemy of the federation time and time again, but each time he is defeated, Ridley is reborn, stronger than ever before. (This is Ridley from Super Metroid). I will be uploading the queen metroid soon!

It's neither...man you guys need to play some original metroid. It's Ridley from Metroid, Super Metroid, or Metroid Fusion, looks most like the Ridley from Super Metroid to me though.
