Read the bible We are under the law. The idea that we aren't is a misconception. To say that we aren't under the law is to say that it's ok to kill, steal, cheat on our spouses, etc. Saying that we aren't under GOD'S law is a slap in his face.

The commandments were not given to us to follow but to show us how sinful we are we live in the age of grace not law. We need to belive in faith and belive in that Jesus is the son of God and depend on him to pay our debt because we can not do anything in our own power for our good works are as dirty rags to God.
