  • jep, it´s actually about garfunkel, and if you listen closely at the end you can hear Paul screaming "so long already, Artie!" after about the 6th time he repeats "so long" at the end...hilarious XD

  • A very beautiful melody for dreaming. Thank you big artists!

  • Una bella canción :) de alguien que no conozco casi nada

  • this is amazing music. people usually think its wierd for a teenage boy to like this stuff but i dont care what they think. this is amazing music. it makes me sad but at the same time ridiculously happy. rad jam, simon and g-funk.

  • This is a wonderful song, and a perfect segue right into 'The Boxer'. Thank you....

  • @Nillanalle He's saying "So long, awready!"

  • @Nillanalle...the shouting at the end of the song, "So Long Already, Artie," is actually engineer Roy Hallee. It is finally acknowledged in the new documentary of the making of this album, "The Harmony Game," which is a DVD in the newly released 40th anniversary edition of the "Bridge Over Troubled Water" album. I'm sure most people have thought it was Simon saying it all these years, but it's not.
