  • @jlvi13 i guarantee ur studies are right cuz i pulled mine and ive let my flexibility decrease since i worried about it. now i lack the ability to do stuff like this properly

  • Heey man, looks pretty good. I can do the same form. The problem is that I can't hold it long either xD I noticed your legs aren't completely straight like an actual v sit should have. I read that it had something to do with your flexibility of the hamstrings. Perhaps you can work on that as well. Check out my channel as well if you like. I got all sorts of skill you might like as well! Keep up the good work man!
