R-Type Final Stage 6.0 - RX-12 "Cross the Rubicon" (PS2)

I'll be doing a score attack mode playthrough of each level and try to show off ships and weapons which haven't often been seen in videos before. You reach stage 6.0 by killing the 5.0 boss *without* destroying either the blue or the red "wings" it sprouts. 6.0 is kinda challenging, as you're almost constantly barraged from all directions by multiple small enemies, and the boss, good old Gomander, isn't easy either what with the cramped space and the Outslay (snake thingy) constantly trying to crush you. To make my life a little easier, I chose RX-12 "Cross the Rubicon" as my ship; its Force has superb protective ability thanks to the tentacles blocking normal shots, and it has a neat ability to home in on enemies if you keep firing with it detached. The Mini Burst wave cannon is very handy in this level too, since it can punch through walls.
