I've since learned Trubee didn't get all the facts right; Dec never committed suicide, he died in a mental hospital. Do a google search for a couple of his fans who visited him in the hopsital, done up in secret service looking gear. Funny as hell.

This is the story behind this clip. Some mentally unhinged dude wrote pages and pages of this rambling, incoherent text before throwing himself out of a window.
Somehow a local radio DJ got ahold of one of the guys notebooks, and he and a friend went and read through these journals and recorded it, with reverb and everything.
So you're hearing the rantings of a truly mentally ill person, transcribed for your listening pleasure.
I first heard this from "John Trubee". Great stuff.
