I revisited the bathroom with the Kohler Angleboro toilet at the Natural History Museum in DC. Well, it happened. The Angleboro was replaced. I'm just glad I got it on film before it was destroyed.

On the good hand, there was some debate about the rest of the bathroom in the previous video, and so I got some of the other toilets on film. There were 4 stalls in the bathroom. We start on the far right, in which we find an AS Neolo that is likely original. In the next stall over to the left was the Kohler Angleboro that has been replaced. In the next stall over to the left is a AS Madera from the 1960s or 1970s. And in the disabled stall, which we again catch on film, is another AS Madera!

I was pretty sure I saw a Madera last time, and I was right. Funny that they installed these Maderas and not the backflushing models like the Neolo and Angleboro.

I was aiming for a full shoot, but it was quite impossible as people were coming in and out constantly.

  • @TheJoey1978 I videoed a 1970's A-S Yorkville in video #143!

  • @Drakee99 Can you film it?

  • @TheJoey1978 Yes, exactly. She had a video of the old Anglesboro toilet that was once there. Kohler also had the Anglesey toilet that I believe replaced the Anglesboro and A-S has the Neolo. Crane had the Sanwalton (I have some videos of them) and the Flormont. I once installed a Briggs back outlet toilet in a place I lived and paired it with an A-S Cadet tank.

  • @ILoveVintageToilets Then it must be an Anglesey.

  • The Madera is from mid-1967 to 1981.

  • @MrBrombomb Probably a new 1.6gpf Kohler Anglesey or a new 1.6 A-S Neolo I would guess

  • What replaced the Angleborro?
