@TuranoisaDOLT Thank you spokesman for science. Can I make suggestion? Why dont you come up with some GEnuinly Scientific Arguments and put them up on youtube. That is providing you know what Doug Graham is talking about.

GENUINE SCIENCE ALWALS ADMITS UNCERTAINTY AND VAST UNKNOWNS. SCIENCE SIMPLY DOES NOT KNOW NEALRY ENOUGH YET ABOUT NUTRITION. WE ARE GRPOING IN THE DARK.
ANYONE who is CERTAIN IS A SCAMMER . ANYONE PROMOTING HEALTH PANACEAS AND GURATEED HEALTH IS A SCAMMER.

YOU are speaking from ignorance.
GENUINE SCIENCE does NOT permit such extravagances. There are NO health panaceas.

@TuranoisaDOLT Unfortunately you are speaking from ignorance, and have NOT done the appropriate research. Have you read Dr. Graham's 80-10-10? Have you researched his research in that book? If not, please think about whether you are commenting from knowldege, or just belief. Beliefs don't matter when it comes to natural laws... gravity works whether you bieve it or not.

I think some of you are forgetting that people often don't only put oil on salad, they ALSO put avocados, and/or even raw nuts, both of which are also oild. Doug and I have talked about this before. Even though it is all "good, raw, stuff" ... it still is fat!
Believe it or not, people easily put much more fat into one meal than they think.

@TuranoisaDOLT Little too much coffee friend?

@TuranoisaDOLT If your going to make these statements you really should research the man your speaking of.... He is very qualified...He is no internet con man....he has been doing this long before the internet was common place. He has lived this way for at least 30 years...
I agree with most of what Dr. D says in this video, but 800 calories from oil on a salad?? Two teaspoons of olive oil (one serving) is only 80 calories.... I highly doubt that anyone is putting 20 teaspoons of olive oil on their salad in a single meal or even throughout the entire day!

@InvisiMan2006 No. Both figures are hyperbole! Ahh... Humans. Gotta love them. One teaspoon of ANY oil has 120 calories all from fat. That adds up quick. And, it's easier than one thinks without measuring to add an ounce or more of oil to ONE meal.
