I grew up always seeing the droids as the bad guys when I eventually watched the original trilogy the storm troopers seemed weird as I wasn't used to them

Darth maul was too short lived to have had an impact - when I watched this as a kid he was just the random henchman who looked weird - I don't even think he said anything - I thought viceroy gunray was a scarier bad guy - at this age think the movie is good in that it brings back alot of memories not because it was like amazing but because it got me into starwars
