An update video on progress using the Cambridge Weight Plan Diet. Start weight of 17.5 stone and weight loss of 3.5 stone since July 2011.( oh gosh - didn't check this fully - but bad edit at the end! ) It was a longer video with me saying " Nanny says no, you and I can;t have a biscuit!) apologies for that.. however, the content of the video that follows shows ' dieting blips ' that occurred here an there and these have been worked around in order to maintain weight loss and healthy eating. I think I am still noticing a craving for sugar or addiction to sugar and maybe carbs generally and how I overcome this or do not as the case maybe.. What things occur that i 'use' to go off plan. It is SO similiar to drug use, it's not funny! and really highlights the way i 'allow' myself to be 'manipulated' to have some, like a 'drug', by my own 2 year old granddaughter! herself seemingly aware of the 'sugar fix' need!.. I am staying as far on plan as possible during Christmas so that I do not put on masses of weight, by slipping off plan and this will keep me focussed too. I want to revisit the full plan and my committment to it, in January, with a couple of planned Christmas dinners and do not 'fall off the wagon' just because its Christmas. This way I will achive what I hope to, which is the weight loss I want and need for health and also for preparations in wedding dress shopping in late January / early February. Good luck to all that are on plan and hope to stay that way x Merry Christmas x Tish

  • Just to state I WAS on target for 4 stone weight loss at 13.6 lbs on 12th November, but had been ill with this chest infection so have to refocus again. but is NOT too difficult when I am in good health and back home :-) I will post some recipies here as well to show what I cook for both me and my partner. If people would like this then I;m happy to do vids on just this. My partner mentioned that I should make my own Low Carb recipie book to help others that need to cut out fats, carbs, sugar x
